The breakfast was mind-blowing, with a wide variety of options and constant replenishment. The staff were super friendly and provided all necessary information for nearby restaurants and transportation. The room had a fridge and they even provided a small table fan upon request. The location was great, with comfortable beds and a balcony for fresh air. The staff was jaw-droppingly accommodating and quick to respond to any queries. The hotel had internet access, free parking, luggage storage, 24-hour reception, bar/lounge area, flat-screen TV.

Everything was fine. Staff excellent. But the only thing I would say is that they don't have an ironing board for guest use... They will get the ironing done for you but if you want a quick turnaround then it's a no go. I will say that I would recommend this hotel although it's a few miles outside Milan and taxis are a rip off so hire a car...

I loved the complimentary use of the fitness center, it was a great way to burn off all those extra calories from the delicious free breakfast. And the bar was a nice touch, perfect for a midnight snack.

Oh, and let's not forget the complimentary wired internet access! Because who doesn't love being stuck in the stone age when it comes to technology?

the location was ideal as it was close to a wonderful restaurant and some great shops. We were pleasantly surprised by the comfortable room and immaculate bathroom. the service was top, notch, from the friendly staff to the delicious breakfast. We were also impressed by the amenities, including the fast Wi, Fi and the well, stocked minibar.

We did notice that the hotel didn't have any designated parking spaces, which made it difficult for us to find a spot for our car.
